Orders over PKR 5,000 get free shipping nationwide. All orders ship with tracking.
→ Orders dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends).
→ Tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp once shipped.
→ Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide.

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags
• Size exchanges are free — we cover return shipping

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Original shipping cost is non-refundable
• Refund via original payment method or store credit
• Items worn, washed, or without tags
• Sale / clearance items (final sale)
• Items returned after 7-day window
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason.
We'll arrange a pickup or send you the return address. Pack in original packaging.
Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, yes. Contact us ASAP on WhatsApp. Once shipped, we can't modify — but you can exchange after delivery.
